HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani arrived Thursday in Tehran, on an official visit to the sisterly Islamic Republic of Iran.
HH the Amir was welcomed upon arrival at Mehrabad International Airport by HE First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Mokhber, HE Iranian Energy Minister Ali-Akbar Mehrabian, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Iran Mohammed bin Hamad Al Hajri and HE Iran's Ambassador to Qatar Hamid Reza Dehghani, in addition to a number of senior officials at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and members of the Qatari Embassy in Tehran.
