The Criminal Investigation Department arrested two African nationals for theft at some stores in the Industrial Area.
Acting on complaints about thefts at some shops in the Industrial Area, a special investigation team was formed for search and investigation, leading to the arrest of two African nationals.
While recording their statement, the accused confessed to the charges against them and several stolen items were seized from them.
The accused and seized items were referred to the judicial authorities to complete the legal procedures followed in this regard.
The Criminal Investigation Department calls on shop owners to install surveillance cameras, secure doors and windows by locking them properly and comply with security requirements to prevent thefts.
