Weather inshore until 6 pm on Friday will be relatively cold to cold with scattered clouds at times and slightly dusty to blowing dust at places, Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, strong wind at most places at times.

Offshore will be scattered clouds and slightly dust to dusty at times, the report added, warning of strong wind, high sea and poor visibility at times.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 18 to 28 knot gusting to 35 knot at places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 20 to 32 knot, gusting 42 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometer or less at places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 6 to 10 feet rises to 15 feet at times.
