In collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), Qatar University’s Foundation Program (FP), under the Deanship of General Studies, is set to organise “Al-Qabas Program Virtual 2021” under the theme: “To prepare high school students for a successful university experience.”
The student outreach initiative will be held after school hours from March 21 to March 25 for female high school students and from March 28 to 29 for male high school students. The goal is to raise awareness among Qatari high school students regarding different skills needed to succeed in STEM and medicine fields, such as study skills and test taking strategies. In addition, it aims to prepare students for university life through variety of educational sessions that are offered in English and develop their English and math skills, thereby paving the way for enrollment in STEM colleges and enhancing students’ chances for success in their future colleges.
